Firstly I must apologise to Vickie Norman Massa, as in the last blog I mentioned her wins but did not
say at what dog shows they were gained at,. Best of Breed and Gundog Group 2 was at West Torrington & District Open Show
on the 22nd November and on the following day, 1st Junior, Best of Breed and shortlisted for the Gundog Group was at Leicester
Gundog Society.

Oleander (Ollie) owned by Ant Andrews, the breed judge was Anthony Allen , Ollie then went on to win Best in Show under the
BIS judge David Shields. Best puppy in the breed was Greensocks Touch and Go owned by Michael Roeterdind-de-Haan in Holland.
Today was Gundog day at LKA, IWS were judged by Malcolm Fowkes, there was an entry of 25 with 6 being absent on the
day, Dog CC was Sh Ch Zanfi Ego owned by Mrs E Waters, Reserve Dog CC Antdela Oleander owned by Ant Andrews, Bitch CC was
Sh Ch Cuboglach West Coast Lady owned by Martyn Ford and Reserve Bitch CC was Zanfi Typhoon owned by Mrs E Waters Best of
Breed was Sh Ch Zanfi Ego .In the Gundog Group Ego went on to win Group 4, the judge was Mrs V Foss.
Two
members of the Association had dogs that were made up to UK Show Champions this year, Judith Carruthers with Stanegate
Sparks Will Fly (AI) and in Ireland Gatewood Gustav at Coleenville owned by Heather, Norman and Coleen Large, Congratulations
to both dogs and owners.
Due to circumstances beyond his control, there is a young male dog that needs re-homing,

I am sorry to remind everyone again, but don’t forget the closing date for adverts for the year book is earlier
this year and any received after the 7th January 2009 cannot be accepted.
Things are a bit hectic here at
the moment, Don decided that he would decorate the study before Christmas, and then decided that we needed some new built
in furniture in the room, so I can only get to the computer when he takes a break, it will be a miracle if it is finished
in time for Christmas.
