News from Vibeke Sandberg in Denmark that in Malmo last Saturday that Danish & Swedish  Show Champion Doonbeg Rare Flair (Truffle) was Best of Breed, won CACIB and was Swedish Winner 2009 under the Irish judge Rita McCarry, he was handled by Swedish Junior Handler Rebecca Johansson. Truffle & Vibeke also volunteered for Lotte Overgaard’s final project in her education as a professional dog trainer, Vibeke found the experience very positive and Truffle was a ‘model’ pupil (with a bit of Irish Water spaniel antics thrown in) .

I know that all of you do not buy the National  Dog Papers and you may have not seen the article regarding the presentation that was made to Chris at the recent AGM, the presentation was made on behalf of members of the Association to thank Chris for all the hard work and dedication during the last 26 years so I have included the photograph and article so you all can see it.

At the UK Toy Dog Championship Show held yesterday, Souldrop Chinese Whispers (Mikey) owned by Chris & Keith Attwood gained 2nd place in Junior Dog from an entry of 14 dogs.

Just a reminder to you all that the latest edition of the Year Book cannot be posted out if you have not renewed your membership of the Association.
