Join us for a day of all things IWS! Events scheduled include a Fun Scurry, a Fun Scent Work exercise and a 'Meet the Breed' display with lots of information for anyone researching the IWS as a possible addition to the Household in the future, or simply wanting to chat, learn more about the breed or share their own experience with the breed with others.

We are also looking to offer some support with grooming IWS and hope to have some news of this soon. If there is demand we will also try to include a Ringcraft session for those who are perhaps new to showing and would like some practice before the Championship Show the following day.

We will once again be holding a Limited Obedience Show (Judge: Susan Daly) as part of the Open Day activities. You can download the Schedule for this Show from here. PLEASE NOTE - Entries for the Limited Obedience Show are by post only - please download and print off the Entry Form from here and complete it as normal. If you are unable to do this please contact the Association Secretary (Angie Biggs) for assistance.

Additionally, as part of the IWSA Open Day activities we are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity to take the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme Bronze Award.  Details of this can be found in a separate Event Notice - please see the Event titled IWSA Open Day - KC Good Citizen Dog Scheme (Bronze Award) above.

It promises to be a very interesting day so come and meet the breed and join other owners - with or without an IWS! Why not make a weekend of it and stay over for the IWSA 46th Championship Show on the next day (Sunday, 12th September 2021).

There will be availability for Caravans and Motorhomes to stay over from Friday afternoon subject to a small charge.
